THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA
Your data will be used for the following purposes: preparation, participation, and follow-up (including reporting regarding) of ALIGNED workshops and stakeholder interaction.
WE PROCESS THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA

(E.g. name, address, email, age, self-published data etc.)

(E.g. health data, racial origin, political opinions etc.)
In accordance with the data protection regulations, all processing of personal data requires a legal basis. This basis must be disclosed to the persons whose personal data are being processed.

In short this means we ask consent from you to process your data for the purpose listed in this notice, via an email, click on a consent form or similar.
HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA
We will store your personal data for as long as necessary for the data processing purpose and in accordance with the applicable legislation. We will then erase your personal data.

After revoking your consent, we will stop processing your data, and remove all of your personal data. Be aware that you cannot withdraw your consent with retroactive effect.

Your data (or parts of your data) may be transferred to ALIGNED project consortium members working with dissemination and stakeholder network (Aalborg University, Sustainable Innovations) and reporting authorities (European Commission).
